Shipping Information:
We ship all orders within India through our trusted logistics partner.
Made-to-Order Products
For made-to-order products, we minimize wastage by starting production only after an order is confirmed. Domestic orders are usually shipped within 7-15 business days. After placing your order, you will receive an email or message with the estimated delivery date.
Ready-to-Ship Products
For ready-to-ship products, your order will be shipped and delivered within 5 working days from the order date.
Please note: Sundays and Public Holidays are not considered working days for standard deliveries.
Tracking:
Once your order is processed and shipped, you can track it using the consignment/tracking number on the shipping agency’s website. We will email you your tracking number along with the shipping agency's tracking page.
Address Changes and Urgent Queries:
For any change in address or other details, please contact us within a day of placing your order. For urgent deliveries or queries, reach out to us at info@meche.in.
Delivery Delays:
We strive to ensure timely delivery by partnering with third-party vendors for quicker service. However, we do not take responsibility for delays caused by third parties.
Damaged Packages:
If the package is damaged at the time of delivery, please do not accept it and take images of the damage. We will either refund the amount or send you a replacement package.
Returns and Exchanges:
For returns or exchanges, the shipping cost for returning the product to our warehouse is borne by the customer.
Cancellation Policy:
If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of ordering. As we operate on a made-to-order basis, orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
