Refund policy
After your order is delivered, you can request a refund or exchange within 7 days. Please email your request to info@mesche.in.
Eligibility for Refund/Exchange:
- You received a product different from what you ordered.
- There is a genuine mistake in the product due to production or other operations.
- The product shows no signs of being worn or used.
- The request for refund/exchange was made within 48 hours from the time of delivery.
- The product was sent back to the provided address within 15 days of the return request confirmation.
Conditions:
- Refunds will only cover the product cost, excluding shipping charges.
- Approval for refund/exchange will be given after verifying your claim and conducting a final inspection upon receiving the returned product.
- Exchange is subject to the availability of the selected product.
- Saris with Fall & Pico are not eligible for return/exchange.
- Customized orders are not eligible for refund/exchange.
When approved your refund will be processed in 3-5 business days.
Handcrafted Products: Our products are handcrafted with handloom techniques and use natural dyes. Minor irregularities are part of the handcrafted process and do not qualify for return/exchange.
Defective Products: Please send us images of any defects as soon as you open the packaging. Approval for return/exchange will be given only after a final inspection of the product once received. Mesche reserves the right to accept or reject an exchange after inspecting the returned product.
